That's a good idea and I am the thread starter. And deleted their name in my first post.

Replace their names with XXXXXX XXXXXXX.

Apparently, the surviving bomber is awake and communicating in writing:

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's first words were: "My throat hurts. What's wrong with my tongue?"

Why would I delete the names? They are in the public domain on sites of all types across the internet. Google returns over 223,000 hits on those names https://www.google.com/search?q=Suni...hrome&ie=UTF-8

Perhaps we should delete the word Obama or Bush from all threads? Those are someones names after all.

Yep! Questioned on Sunday and Mirandized on Monday: the U.S. justice system stumbled.

Federal agents at first questioned Tsarnaev without reading him his Miranda rights, under an exception to the rule invoked when authorities believe there is an imminent public safety threat, a Justice Department official said over the weekend.

Evidently it wasn't "obvious" enough, because you insinuated otherwise at:

Which I suspect is the real source of the problem for you.

What are you talking about? "Captain Obvious" referred to your statement that Slate was a liberal outlet.

What did you think it referred to?

Really? How so? Have they used his statements against him?

Because if they don't, then there is no "stumble" except in your mind.

You'll find the answers to your questions already explained above, and as mentioned before, you “obviously” have reading comprehension problems. BTW, re-read this post if you feel you are compelled to re-post the same, redundant questions.

I have no idea what that obfuscation means. But clearly you won't clarify your statement because you can't.

You informed us that Slate was a liberal outfit. I replied "Thank you Captain Obvious".

We all KNOW Slate is a liberal outfit. That's like telling us water is wet. But, apparently you didn't get the joke, because you then posted some reply to the effect that:

"Evidently it wasn't "obvious" enough, because you insinuated otherwise at:"

You then reposted my comments about how you twice mentioned "this administration" rather than "the FBI" when you were assigning blame for the lack of Miranda warnings. I was implying that you were just reflexivley blaming Obama for everything.

So just WHAT does THAT have to do with the wisecrack about "Captain Obvious"?

I doubt you can explain it, otherwise you would have already.
