Slow to read PM

I been Pm a lady on here and it all ways take her from a 30min to a hour to even get her to read them is that normal or is the PM system that slow

This ain't an instant messaging/chat system. No response in less than an hour is no reason to worry. No response after a day, then you might want to contact her again or via some other means. As I said, this is not an instant message. PMs go to the individuals "inbox" her on ECCIE. Depending on how they have their system set up, they will be notified of a new message. You gotta remember most people aren't logged on her continually. You may PM them when they are not on-line. Even if they are on-line, they may not notice the new message or they may decide to read it later. Heck, you may never get a response. It takes two to tango... in this case to message back and forth.
