Ladies,

Going independent can be a scary and nerve wrecking experiences! But luckily, it doesn't have to be. I have 8 years of experience in the business and, as your assistant, I will be able to help you through the hard parts of becoming independent.

I know the business from A to Z but can focus on any particular need you may have. I have much experience with planning tours, Ad building, screening and scheduling. Not only can I help you have your business on the up but also help prevent and deal with any emergency you may have.

You may have eight years in the business but there is no proof of that from this board you seem brand new...

LADIES...First lesson when going indy....know who to trust. When I made this choice I went with a person who was well known on this board and in this industry.

As a retired escort I know how hard it is to find people to trust in this business.
It's very hard! I have stories for days...

The only bit I would change/add to your post is this little lesson: you wont and can't KNOW who you can trust. That is why instinct and knowledge are so crucial.Both on your part and whomever you choose to work with.

When I was an escort I knew what I wanted in an assistant. Now that I'm not an escort it only makes sense to share what I've learned.

Sorry, but I have to agree with Allison. Anyone can say they've been around for years, but with no proof, they're just empty words, no offense. It's true that you can never KNOW who you can trust, which is why word of mouth and personal referrals are like gold in this industry. I give you credit for trying, but without some credible references or something a little more substantial you can point to, I'm afraid this will be a tough sell on this board. Most of these ladies are pretty saavy ;-)

When I hired my assistant, I did my homework. I screened her just like I would any client. I checked her references and then checked her history on the major boards at that time. I even emailed guys who mentioned her in their reviews.

This is a person you will be inviting into your private world. You will be handing over your business and, possibly, your personal information. You need to be extra careful every step of the way. Take your time so you only have to hire one person.

Katie You are so correct . I think Allie was responding to the question about GGM recommending someone, but you are correct. It should have been done in a PM to the person asking.
Then I made it worse by correcting the info she gave.
