Taking out a Leader of a Country has always been a delima. There is the story of Churchhill telling Eisenhower that they knew where Hitler was in mid 1944, and could take him out. Eisenhower said "no", his military "prowness" is one of our biggest assets.

There are many conspiracy buffs who believe that Casto orchestrated the entire Kennedy Assassination because Kenedy tried to have him killed. Sort of a Tit for Tat.

Obama could eradicate every terrorist, dictator on the face of the earth find a cure for AIDS and cancer and in the same week eradicate world hunger and the GOP will stay criticize him, but in reality killing one mand won't help. Killing OBL didn't mean to Al-Queada- if we were to kill all the leaders of the Mexican cartel it won't stop the violence it will only mean someone else will replace the former leader.
