It was leaked because of the upcoming confirmation hearing.
I'm glad it was leaked...the guy should have to discuss/back his position on the matter.
At the end of the day the majority not will challenge him on it because the majority of Amercians are ok with it.
That is not my personal view but that is just a fact.
