This sounds like the many experiences I have had at Lolitas in Pattaya. I can not speak for the BKK Lolitas but if you need a blow and go in Pattaya, Lolitas is a great place. As a side note, it is a very clean and fairly new/remodeled place but the girls are usually 5s and 6s.

The Pump Station on Soi Post Office in Pattaya is the exact opposite, it is old, seedy and you can get a blowjob right in the bar out in the open (some guys get off on being watched I guess). The girls are better looking and younger at the Pump Station than Lolitas Pattaya...
