The Clinton gun ban was an EO, lasted for ten years I believe.

Look up all the retarded and extremely retarded rules on gun ownership
they had in that one.

Just a bunch of political nonsense and posturing. What a bunch of libtard clowns.

Too bad their cause isn't liberty. Their cause is the reduction of liberty.

"With the reduction of liberty and diminished justice for all"

Not only read it many times. I've seen it a few too. I always learn something when I read it. It's still just a piece of parchment. It's the ideas on it, not the ink or parchment that make it great. According to many judges, legal scholars and even a an SC justice it has and could be improved upon. It isn't some holy text handed down from an all knowing deity after all.

Now you are lowering yourself to calling names to posters who are civil to you? Pathetic.

Oh, and Jefferson and Madison were just men. They didn't walk on water or fall out of a virgin's pussy, but the neither did Jesus probably. Fine, flame me for being sacrilegious now LOL

Nope, law passed & signed.

"The Federal Assault Weapons Ban (AWB), or Public Safety and Recreational Firearms Use Protection Act, was a subtitle of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, a federal law in the United States that included a prohibition on the manufacture for civilian use of certain semi-automatic firearms, so called "assault weapons". The 10-year ban was passed by Congress on September 13, 1994, and was signed into law by President Bill Clinton the same day. The ban only applied to weapons manufactured after the date of the ban's enactment."

True but Clinton used EO to also ban certain firearms.

Who would be put at risk if that ban were to be reenacted?
