Anyone know of what app can be used to anonymize IPs when on an ipad?

I clicked that link where they were talking to Mr. Blaze and wondered.....Do I have a mister out there and don't know it... Yes, I know totally off topic.

FWIW, this is not true - there have been attempts to compel service providers in the US to retain this type of information, but none have been successful:

On the other hand, you can be sure that a commercial ISP will retain this type of information for as long as they think they need to to support their billing...
