First off, this is an old Republican tactic where you accuse the opposition of doing what you actually did to muddy the waters. Lee Atwater did it well. Cast accusations so generic that they cannot be refuted and see what sticks. Why don't you back up your fraud and corruption claims with some, indeed, any specifics of place or incidents reported by any marginally reputable independent or conservative news site? Christian Science Monitor, Fox or WSJ for instance.

What state, city or county for instance? It only googles to Tea Party Blogosphere sites. PA for instance? Those lopsided numbers are actually not too surprising and I'm sure there were counties in Texas, Utah or Wyoming for instance where no one voted for Obama. I'm sure in the precincts around Vidor, Texas no one voted for Obama.
Obama's dominance was mostly confined to largely African-American areas of West and North Philadelphia. In the third division of Philadelphia's 28th Ward, for example, 94 percent of the residents are black, and the 2010 census recorded only seven white residents. Voter registration lists showed only 12 registered Republicans in the division, none of whom voted for Romney or responded to the Inquirer's requests for comment.

I checked the vote precinct by precinct in Wyoming and the first four counties I checked there were well over a dozen precincts that had less than 10 votes each for Obama and one with zero. Proves nothing.

They are basically making the numbers up. Follow the link back from the story to the boe document -

Scroll down the last column, #8. It's voter turnout. The highest there was one precinct at 82.5. Most are in the 50's and 60's. People that fall for this shit are just desperate, dumb or both.

Got this off the Tea Party news site that was one of the early ones to post it.
In 2012, 106,258 people in Wood County are registered to vote out of an eligible 98,213. This is not to say that the 108% registered all voted for Obama, just that more people are registered than eligible. Probably didn't add the latest registrants to the rolls like in AZ where the whole election is a mess because they tried to keep at least 30K of new Latino voters off the rolls and make them vote on provisional ballots that can be challenged to keep Joe Arpaio in office.
This means nothing since we have no idea how many votes there were for whom.
Usual COG post that means nothing.... again. Got it all from right wing blogs that made shit up or twisted stuff so it was unrecognizable.
