5) Personality, charisma and charm.

This is a complicated question because many of the factors that I look for are tied together. When you talk about looks, rate, location, etc it is hard to single out just a few factors.

If she is ugly then it doesn't matter how low her rate is I won't fuck her.

If her rate is super high then it doesn't matter how bad I want to fuck her, I can't afford it.

If she is too far away (for me that would be Ft Worth or south of downtown), it doesn't matter how bad I want to fuck her, I can't get out to where she is.

If she's not discrete and has a history of cold calling or posting personal info on one of the boards or "ladies only" networking places, then I can't afford to take a risk of giving a nutcase like that any information about myself. If you have a problem with a guy, post his handle and description but for God's sake draw the line with posting personal info.

If she advertises for an hour, but wraps up the session right after you pop that first bell I will be too disgusted and upset to want to see her.

If she isn't available when I am (typically toward the end of the work day around 4pm-6pm), then no matter how bad I want to fuck her she isn't answering her phone when I try to call or she has left early for the day to go pick up her kids.

So a lot of these things are complete deal breakers if it can't happen. Other things will determine if I go back to see her again and how she compares to others in these "desirable" but not essential qualities.

top five to visit first time is difficult. Looks is the starting point. After that I am looking to avoid any type of craziness or drama. Location of incall is third as I really hate low to mid range hotels. Communication through email is where many have come off the list. If I suggest two or three specific days and times, I am ready to schedule. I am expecting a yes, no or a couple of options that do work reply. Vague replies that clearly show you did not read my email end my interest.
I could not pick a fifth.
The illusion of passion is why I go back. My favorites act like they are happy to see me. I am a sucker for subtle touches that show me the business was appreciated. Hot and sweaty sex, smelling good and looking just like the pictures usually brings me back too.

I think over time your top 5 attributes would change some depending on where you "are" in your life.

When I was in my 20's it was probably more like a top 3
1) Great rack
2) Willing
3) Within 100 miles...

Number 1 was optional...

Now a days, with my situation changed up I find specific things I look for more

1) Great rack (ok, some things are consistent and I like me some boobs)
2) Vocal and capable of being dirty with it.
3) Aggressive/assertive (not necessarily a dom, but the "know what I want, and I'm gonna get it" type)
4) A good kisser
5) Doesn't mind letting me get my DATY on.

These things go for providers and non-providers I might encounter.
