If you are the "punchee".... trust me.... the cheers are the LEAST of your worries.

When I was young & ignorant (not old & stupid... like I am now!) I had the misfortune of winding up in a Texas Two-Step with most of an entire minor league hockey team one night. That one hurt for a while!

One of them said, "Shut up!" I thought he said, "Stand up!" & it was on!!!

I didn't feel so bad when I saw a couple of them were skating & dropping the gloves in the NHL a year or so later...

I've been looking for a "clean" version of Chuck Brodsky's Hockey Fight Song to post. Unfortunately this is the best I can find (there is sound from the two guys "acting" out the song.

It's loosely based on the Broad Street Bullies (the Philadelphia Flyers of the 70s) with a little “Slapshot” reference thrown in; down with tongue in cheek.
