Richardson is absolutely non-Canadian, non-Cuban and was elected by an Hispanic population as both Governor and Senator.

Cornyn did better among Hispanics in Texas than Cruz. And for a guy to win so convincingly without a big Hispanic vote ... He should have gotten at least 45% based on his name ... Indicates that he was rejected by la gente.
