gee, theres no mention of the republican house trying to stop the tax hike, or the republican senators that have the ability to filibuster the proposal
Well, if January 1 of 2013 taught us anything, it is that EVERYBODIES taxes went up.
Well, not everybodies. Just those that actually pay taxes.
I think we can just about ignore anything the President, or Congress for that matter, has said about taxes not going up. That was fodder for the last election, and the next one is still about 20 months away, so get ready to give.
You're dead on Whirly. There is no way this internet tax should be happening. Its a tax increase on people making under $250,000 a year. If it was a Republican President, the MSM would be all over it.
The least BHO should be doing is saying that he would veto if it passed, like he has on many HOR proposed legislation.
Show how this doesn't apply across the board and only to the middle class?
Additionally, the "story" you cite is a right wing editorial. "Some of our conservative friends..."
The Whirlytard LIES continue. Not an honest bone in your body ... probably are some in your asshole though.
lighten up Yssup you'll blow a gasket, but I guess you guy's like callin each other names, but my taxes went up at the first of the year and I'm not in the upper 2% income bracket and I'm concerned that there are taxes we don't know about with the Obamacare thing
"I can make a firm pledge. Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes." - Barack Obama
A Democrat's plan? Try again. Direct from the WSJ article "For Senators curious about what they're voting on, it is the same flawed proposal that Mike Enzi (R., Wyo.) introduced in February."
Perhaps some folks need to ACTUALLY read the articles they post as support to their arguments.
So Whirly, WHO actually proposed this? So when did the GOP become an Obama supporter? OK, not that there is that much of a difference between the the two. Guess you haven't figured out that there isn't a whole lot of difference between parties, other than the fringe elements. But then again, I guess that is not much of a surprise when are dealing with a sheople. Or is that sheeple?
