Yes. I like good boobs. I have seen bad naturals and good naturals, and bad fakers and good fakers. If you have naturals but they are all deflated and saggy, get 'em done, but spend the money for a good doctor. No point in spending money on a bad boob job. Make sure they are spaced right (not too far apart or close together), not rock hard and ripply, and congruent with the rest of your body.

This exactly. Real or fake doesn't matter to me - how they look and feel is what's important.

I don't understand why anyone cares if they look great. Someone with a bad boob job would be just as unattractive as someone with naturally bad breasts, seems pretty obvious. Some of the cheaper materials may feel bad, but with the newer materials they use it would be hard to tell unless the girl is extremely thin with very large implants.

Good boobs are great real or fake but I'll give more leeway to real breasts. I like the idea of her being comfortable with her natural stuff so a bad boob job adds stigma to itself.
