I think all androids have this, mine does.
LOL @ the people in the comments section plotting a way to crack into the phone.
Luckily phone technology is evolving faster and faster, with more variety of privacy apps it will be harder for police to break into out devices. But I have no doubt they will find a way or submit a bill to give law enforcement timely access to this devices from google.

There is also free software available that lets you wipe all the info on your phone remotely if it has been lost.

It really wouldn't slow anyone down... I had a friend pick mine up and get the pattern correct the first time. They just followed the finger marks on my phone from the last time I had unlocked it. It had a screen protector on it but that still picks up the oils from your hands...

Use a matter screen protector on your hobby phone. It will not show finger prints.
