I think Tim Scott would be a better choice, but, it will also bring out the "Uncle Tom" portion of the media, as, he may be black, but he's not really black, because he's a Republican, he's really "Uncle Tom".

Noem, yes, I like her, but he's going to win the midwest in any case, and, that was one of the reasons I didn't like his last VP, midwestern, and an old White dude.

Of course on the other hand, the states that actually may sway to him because of a VP pick, such as Pennsylvania, has a good candidate, but we don't have any chops there, unless he picked Casey or Fetterman.
