Have u lied to SO and gone to a different country?

Big Stigs rendezvous had me rethinking something. Has anyone ever gone to a different country then what they fold the SO? Other then the passport stamp, and that’s a hurdle, is there any other roadblocks? We don’t share locations or things like that.
To be specific, there’s no way in hell my SO would let me go to Thailand. But that place is an Asian girl loving Mongers paradise. I need to visit this place.

Agreed. Must go to the source of so much awesomeness. It's so much cheaper there too. I don't have a SO but finding 2+ weeks to get away is daunting. Can't travel that far to stay for a week.

Toronto has been the best place for me historically. I have been to Germany, UK, Holland, Finland, Italy, Hong Kong, China (Guangzhou, Nanjing) and Taipei. Toronto has been better than them all.
