Default Follow Orders, there is no recourse

The Supreme Court has been enjoying a lazy practice of avoiding all cases approaching the Bill of Rights, with outright refusing to hear Red Flag Law violations of the 2nd Amendment for the past few years.

Now, they've told the American people they have no intention of upholding the law the country is founded on.
You're on a dangerous road if you allow human rights violations today simply because it suits your interests because tomorrow that weapon can be turned on you.

On Friday, the Supreme Court declined to intervene in a vaccine mandate in Maine that applies to all healthcare workers, even if they object to the mandate for religious reasons. But while the court did not act in this case, the positions of several justices put on the table the possibility that in the future they might overturn a mandate without a religious exemption.

you should rename this board "RED/BLUE CIRCLE JERK" because NONE of you imbeciles are actually paying attention to whats going on and just cheer on your home team.

DC is corrupt. Just blow it up and start over. Preferably, somewhere else. Just leave it a swamp as it originally was.

the SC declined to hear all constitutionally framed cases regarding election irregularities, where state officials and judges, in open partisan flagrante dilecto, usurped authority not constitutionally delegated to them

they were too pollo to hear them

they wish not to make direct constitutional decisions as the country is divided between those who hate the constitution and those who keep and defend it

they took up the texas abortion case in appeasement as it is a law on the opposite side of things

Too pollo?

There's something you don't hear every day. Not even in Mexico.
