Well, one has to pay what the lady they want to see asks for. I won't usually pay more than 300 for a single and not more than 400 for doubles. (I am not in the valley, but in Corpus.)

But sure, I choose who I am willing to pay for and what I am willing to pay. I can always hit my favorite spa and and pay 160. And I know a couple more spas that are 200. So going more than 200 means I want to do that for a special reason (a visitor from another location, etc.)

Everyone needs to make that decision for themselves.. But 400 or more is not usually for me.

Note: technically I do pay more than 200 as I normally tip 20 more than their rate.. But that is my choice.
