You are not lying. Getting someone south of the river is always a challenge...and Buda/Kyle even worse...you would think with the multifamily and growth in that BudaKyle area there would be more, but providers all think they have to be in the domain/arboretum these days, and clients from all over town just expect that location or don't play.
