Cyn (Cynthia) needs help and I am reaching out to our community to ask on her behalf - with her reluctant permission.

She is a few months behind on rent and extremely depressed. She is about to get evicted. She needs a couple grand. I gave her what I could but it's not nearly enough. I won't have more to give until next payday.


She is so depressed. If she can get the rent caught up, she wants to check herself into Western Psych. She honestly needs it - urgently. Her son lives with her too.

So question... the ad she just posted today says “Available” but you are saying “ SHE IS IN NO CONDITION FOR THAT AT THE MOMENT” She is someone I’ve wanted to see, and I would def set something up with her to help her situation, but saying “without a meeting” will probably not get the help you are looking for.

In the ad there is a couple pics of the young brunette that worked for her. Is she back with her?? I like helping people, just reluctant to just send money. A lot more people would do a session with her or the young brunette to help her out.

I’ve seen her several times over the years. I began to see her pretty regularly again when she came back until a couple months ago when she stopped replying to texts. Something stinks.

Absolutely not. I've tried contacting her multiple times over the months. Could only get a hold of her once. Made an appointment and she ghosts. So much wasted time. Now you are telling me she is desperate for cash, has an ad up, but can't actually see anyone?

I wish her well and hope her situation turns around, but I'm not giving her a handout. Sorry if that all sounds harsh.

A couple of years ago I lost my job was denied unemployment, whole mess. Did I ask for a handout? No, I went and busted my ass and applied. I now make 2X what I was making. People scamming others, doing go fund me, looking for the easy way out is pathetic, and they do this because people give in and give them what they want. Sure there are people who could absolutely use the hand out but those are the kinds of people that won't directly ask for it.

Do the homework guys.

Next time, offer to give the money directly to the landlord. If there's any kind of reticence, you are being used.
