Default 737 Max MCAS and the pre-exsisting off switch

So Boeing turned off the off switch?
Unbelievable.
No wonder the pilots are all upset.

Thank you - MM
Relevance?????
Boeing screwed up big time in several ways with the MCAS
It will cost the Company, State of Washington, and nation big time in lost revenue and effects on the economy.
Penny wise and pound foolish.

"What do I know about branding, maybe nothing (but I did become President!), but if I were Boeing, I would FIX the Boeing 737 MAX, add some additional great features, & REBRAND the plane with a new name," Trump tweeted.

Why should Boeing rebrand? They should be receiving billions and billions from all the tariffs we have against China?

MM - that is not how tariffs operate.

LOL!

Trump is such a marketing genius. His brand is shit. If he wasn’t POTUS, he’d be redefining failure in the business world with each fraudulent day.

And you can say that because you have so much experience in marketing? I think someone is very - and I mean very - jealous of Trump.

exactly. Atlantic City became saturated with too many casinos fighting for a reduced crowd. Atlantic City doesn't have much to offer. the weather sucks and is worse in winter. Compare than to Vegas where the winters are very mild. who wants to walk around Atlantic City in winter? it's not the tourist draw Vegas is, either. it's draw is limited to the surrounding area where Vegas gets a large international draw as well as from across the US.

the market in Atlantic City went bad for everyone, not just Trump. people wanting to use that to denigrate Trump's business would have a much better argument if the market had been good and only Trump's casinos went down.

And what does any of that have to do as to why Boeing is liable for murder?

Per the usual tactics - DPST's went to the Hate Trump propaganda and diverted the thread.

it doesn't. blame the actor. the mole takes every thread as an opportunity to jack it up with anti-Trump rhetoric.

if Boeing has made this plane over-complicated to manage in an emergency then they either need to design a completely automated plane that doesn't require pilots at all or return to a tried and true concept ..

As the story goes - Boeing went to cheap, inexperienced programmers for the MCAS - and were penny wise and pound foolish.

Two planes down is the cost to start - and more to come.
