Hi there, I've posted this info in the Powder Room, but wanted to share with you gents for those occasions where you want to see a lady, but she only offers outcall. I think you'll find my place much more private and affordable than a hotel.

I have a private incall location that is available to others for rental. I run it similar to an AirBNB. You have to book through me with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Payment is $50--cash only. When you book it, it is yours from 7am-5pm. So if you want to use it to relax, do some work, just getaway, it's available to you the entire day. No hotel staff to hassle you. It is stocked with all the amenities you should need to be comfortable. NOTE: It does not have a fully stocked kitchen so it is not conducive to cooking meals. But there is a microwave and dishware, as well as a fully stocked Keurig.

The location is east of KC. It's easily accessible from anywhere in the KC metro within 20 minutes.

It's been furnished with new items. It's perfect for that place to go where nobody needs to know your name.

Screening to use this getaway will need to be screening just like setting a date. Since this is an industry-related getaway, I need to ensure that its location remains amongst friends. So no newbies will be allowed to book it. Sorry.

I am trying to keep this as buttoned down as possible, but at the same time want to ensure it stays booked. It became fully operational at the beginning of January. It's cute and sexy! Sounds wonderful, Candice! East KC is still a bit inconvenient for me, but the rates and amenities are top-notch! Like Kati said, you are awesome for this!

I saw an opportunity to create a new incall space, and also share with others to help them when I'm not using it. Win/win.

Too bad you can't get out this way. There might be some ladies you'd like to meet out here someday. Never say never.
