Miami south beach hotels?

Can anyone recommend a trendy hotel, ideally on either Collins Ave or Ocean Dr.? Within walking distance to the Lincoln St. Mall?

Ideally something directly on the beach or right across from it?

With a view of the ocean and with a balcony?

And < or around $300 per night?

Gansevoort and W hotel are all sold out.

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton within 2 blocks of Lincoln Mall for a conference in January. Very nice. Have fun pretty lady

Thank you for the recommendation!! The Ritz looks amazing but for a room with a view and balcony, its around $500/night. We'll be there several nights so thats a bit high. Gia L. suggested priceline so I'll try that...
