Now that these discussions are being moved here, lets lay out the very simple ground rules.

These discussions will be very lightly moderated.
You all know the big forbidden topics such as underage sex, illicit drugs, bestiality, revealing personal info, medical speculation, or images not in compliance will not be tolerated.

Beyond that, you are on your own.
IF you choose to play in these discussions, you are on your own. Bring your own thick skin, neosporin and bandaids (or tourniquet, whatever). Don't come running to me or Chipper to save you because someone hurt your feelings or you said something stupid and got your ass handed to you.
If you RTM a post from here outside of the above topics, you will be referred right back to this sticky thread, with no remorse.

We may need to modify things a little as time goes on, but we will start with that premise.

I was always taught that you did not discuss politics, religion and sex in a public place.

If you are going to bring up the topic, then you better be willing to take your lumps.

(Oh, and I am old school, never talk sex with a lady, or as we would say, in mixed company. But in my younger days, we only had 2 sexes, M & F. TS was really verbotten.)

First revision to the rules:

Since they always end up in the same place as political discussions
Any religious discussions will also fall under these rules

So here is a question. In all your attempts to move this wasteland that is left/rights poking sticks at each other, why not just create a political discussions forum? Why sully the national sandbox with this hateful garbage? Was it because this forum was here and not used much?

I mean the isn't a forum for debate, it is a forum for insulting the opposite party.

Because the mods don't have the ability to create new forums. When ownership decides to create one for these type discussions, they will. They were moved here because they were inappropriate for the D&T stated purpose
