ISO Birthday gift for wife

Hey! I've been around for a while, but almost never post publicly. However, I'm in a bit of a pickle, so here we go.

I'm looking to line up a birthday gift for my wife tonight. Let's just say it requires a certain feminine touch.

I'd been talking via PM to a couple of people, but nothing seems to be working out where they can confirm they're available.
