I finally put 1+1 together and figured out that Viagra gives me terrible acid reflux. Anyone else have this side effect? I used Zantac to get rid of it but in the future I'd like to take it either before or at the same time as the Viagra, so which would be better? Zantac 30-60 minutes before the Viagra or both at the same time?

I know this to be true as well. I have seen doctors prescribe 40mg Omeprazole, 1 capsule 30 min before eating 2x a day, and 1 300mg Ranitidine before bed and it resolves this, so whatever the equivilant to that (google it) would help acid reflux a lot. I think it's the same as Zantac.

You could also consult a pharmacist--they're the drug experts (the job entails a lot more than just counting pills).
