FWIW BBBJ was illegal in Bavaria even before the new law. So it was harder to find, but not nearly impossible.

Condom usage is required for all sucking and fucking throughout the land now. However, BBBJ's as well as AO ( BBFS) is rife throughout the country.

BBBJ is most difficult to obtain in Bavaria as stated it was illegal prior to the new law, in Berlin you will run in to issues finding BBBJ, it is becoming very rare at Artemis now ( upsold still). I last went to Berlin in 2016 and loved Artemis but it is in the pits now

I have yet to go to the NRW but BBBJ is everywhere, as is AO in the AO clubs.

I screw around in Hessen at the larger clubs and Dietzenbach ( Adult Day care Center) and BBBJ is readily available, upsold by some and others not. Certain clubs are easy ( easier) to get it or negotiate like Oase and Sharks. All the girls at Dietzenbach suck bare.

Mainhatten, Palace and World all reports ( some first hand) are that BBBJ is much tougher to get, upsold often and takes some luck.

Dietzenbach is still AO, all but 3 of the girls are CIP but one of those is in Romania now. AO also occurs in all clubs although all clubs are not specific AO clubs.
