ATT's complimentary Ho Phone talk~n~text ......
Thank you ATT Ho Phone....for the free talk~n~text until September 15, 2017.
You saved me 2 dollars today. Might even makes calls tomorrow....for Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
Others might be doing the same. I thinck Verizon gave out some free data gigs.
I'm not sure it works if you don't have credit at all.

UPDATED: Waived Fees for Louisiana and Texas Customers Impacted by Hurricane Harvey
Our thoughts are with everyone impacted by Hurricane Harvey and our customers who have friends and family there.
We’re automatically issuing credits and waiving additional charges beginning Aug. 26, 2017 in Texas and Aug. 28, 2017 in Louisiana through Sept. 15, 2017 to provide unlimited data, voice and text for AT&T wireless customers and unlimited voice and text to AT&T PREPAID customers in impacted areas across Louisiana and Texas.*
Customers in these areas may still receive data alert notifications during these protected dates, but billing will reflect the correct data charges. Credits will post in 2-3 billing cycles.
This applies to customers with billing zip codes across the following 5 Louisiana parishes - Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, Jefferson Davis and Vermilion parishes.
This applies to customers with billing zip codes in nearly 60 Texas counties – Angelina, Aransas, Atascosa, Austin, Bastrop, Bee, Bexar, Brazoria, Brazos, Burleson, Caldwell, Calhoun, Cameron, Chambers, Colorado, Comal, DeWitt, Fayette, Fort Bend, Galveston, Goliad, Gonzales, Grimes, Guadalupe, Hardin, Harris, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Jim Wells, Karnes, Kerr, Kleberg, Lavaca, Lee, Leon, Liberty, Live Oak, Madison, Matagorda, Montgomery, Newton, Nueces, Orange, Polk, Refugio, Sabine, San Jacinto, San Patricio, Trinity, Tyler, Victoria, Wailer, Walker, Washington, Wharton, Willacy and Wilson counties.
*Dates based on local time zone

They (AT&T) put up a "new" tower in the Spring area. Have you seen it?

The last time I was in an AT&T store I ended up smashing my phone up against their back wall. They are a terrible service provider.
