Default News Today...

1. California weather has sink holes appearing out of no where. I thought driving in Houston is bad never knowing if you going to run into an accident couldn't imagine what it would be like driving down the street and the ground disappears.
2. Deportation of immigrants. There are few things in life that affect my heart and children are one, this little girl is a US citizen and now is an orphan because her family was deported. What is America going to do about this?
3. Trump. I don't talk politics too messy.
4. Human trafficking exposed, I think that news and law enforcement focus too much and jump to quick to believe a women must be forced into the work force and never shed light on those who simply are business women and understand we have a product that a consumer wants.. so we put a donation on it. But because it's not taxable currently it's against the law... Even I found that loop hole. So what's the big deal? There tons of ways out of the lifestyle, resources to get working women out of the life..

Yeah...and can't U.S. citizens live in another country?

Or does her parent's country have laws against that?

No need for her to be an orphan.

The PGA tour was playing tournament golf in Los Angeles, so it can't be that bad.

And the estimated 50,000 homeless people in LA get to take a free shower

I'm not into politics but just to chime in ; someone mentioned the other day that Mexico will agree to build a wall if they get Texas back. How true is this ? And could it or would it ever be a possibility?

Or how about California in talks about becoming an independent ?

Just making conversation gentlemen, remember not to get in your feelings

#1 Houston isn't immune. No place is. But it is very uncommon for it to go from flat road to giant 40 ft crater. They usually develop over time.

There are always freak outliers like the Texas officer who drowned after her car went into a sink hole, but it isn't a pandemic either though.

Imagine that! You like kiddies. Who doesn't, at least in the abstract? This is why "do it for the children" has been a tried and true motto of demagogues.

ahem, that don't make her an orphan. She's free to leave America to rejoin her parents. If Mexico, or wherever, denies her entrance then blame that government. Or it could be her parents are insufficiently interested to bother with it given the kid has lost value as an anchor baby?

It's already doing what's been necessary: starting to remove the incentives to enter the country illegally. The thing seen is the sob story you describe; the thing unseen is all the future sob stories like this that will not occur because this deportation and others like it will discourage illegal entry into America.

FTFY (you're welcum)

As a side note....I corrected your Bullet Point # 2 because "immigrants" indicates said individual(s) went through the proper channels to enter into said country properly. Do it improperly, you've then broken that nation's laws pertaining to legal immigration and, in the process, you've then become an "illegal".

Risks / Rewards, no matter what the endeavor, must be measured. Break the law of any system in play, odds are there will be consequences.

I do wish that little girl's family (ie: mother / father) had loved this country enough...let alone her....to do it the proper and LEGAL way. What a shame.
