Idk. At the top right of the ad there is a blue button that says "report ad". Click on that button, and click on a one of the 3 options that it gives you in the popup window. I think if enough people report it, it will get taken down.

I've heard of girls stealing pictures and using them with their own contact info, but I've never heard of anyone running ads that would benefit another provider.
