You walk into a spa and notice something..ahem, "disturbing". Do you tip off LEO?
Just wondering.
There are things that the majority of us stand up against (like BBFS) despite being in this arena of entertainment and enjoyment.
That being said would you blow the whistle and perform a highly commendable civic duty?
Disturbing things like someone selling bootleg cd's in a spa or storing food at a wrong temperature would suffice.

What the hell? You would call the law on a spa if they were burning CDs or storing food at the wrong temperature? Unless you eat at the spa, why would you give a crap how food is being stored? I doubt that spas commercially sell food. Good luck trying to pop anyone for burning CDs. They could be burning the CDs for each other, not illegal.
