Useless is in the eye of the beholder. Just because it appears nothing has been said here does not mean nothing is being said anywhere. We may speak in vague generalities, but somewhere someone hears and understands just as clearly as those who would dismiss the thread do. It is a great burden to wander from place to place deciding what is the right thing for everyone else to do. Criticism for inaction, ridicule because the plan is not perfect.
People have spoken, heard and some have turned away from the uncomfortable. In the end it will be one thing or the other, but it will not be because everyone was silent. And that may be success enough.

Using one's status as a modtard is not a valid reason to coerce/manipulate a lady into bb activities or short changing or not paying for his session. Exactly where would a lady, new or experienced, turn to report this type of behavior?

Allow me to preface my post with a declaration of my own. ANYONE using their position on this board, whether a factual position (staff members) or an imagined sense of importance (members with an inflated feeling of worth due to their "following") that believe they can use that position to benefit themselves by coercing activities from providers, are just fucking stupid. Especially any staff member that feels he is above the "rules". When you become a member of staff, your every post is up for public derision, every decision rendered is a testament of your persona, in short every action we perform on this board puts a target on our back. So thinking you could sneak around and take shortcuts is, in my mind, simply insane.

Now, having said that, amazingly, it has happened that some (both members and staff) have felt they could "game the game" as it were, and use their "power" to demand special treatment from the ladies. It has happened in the past, and I am sure someone will try it again in the future, neither crazy or stupid have expiration dates.

And herein lies the rub,,, proof. This is a serious allegation, one that can ruin anybody's reputation merely by mention of the possibility. So any decision on such an allegation must be supported by proof in the form of unquestionable fact. Hearsay is nothing but rumor, and in itself not enough to form a decision on, no matter who says it. Staff is not allowed to make determinations on rumor, and I don't believe anyone here would want us to. Proof is very hard to come by, especially in this sort of situation, but it is necessary for us to determine the truth.

Everyone here, staff or member, is innocent until proven guilty.

The answer is in the question.

We, the staff, represent the owners, and they do not like it when the conduct of the staff is in question, as it in turn reflects upon them. For that reason the owners are more interested in finding the truth in this situation than any member of the board.

All members of the board are encouraged to contact the administrators with any proof of corruption concerning any staff member without fear of repercussion.

Obviously, I have no proof of any activity, only the ladies can give direct witness. What administrator are you suggesting they contact, Lazr? Surely it cannot be an AR moderator? Can a position such as an ombudsman be created to handle such complaints? Surely this is not the only instance in all of eccie? I know that job would suck, but it is probably needed.

In the absence of such a position, what administrator do you suggest? St C. himself?

mmmm yes send a email or PM to St. C. Force him to ether handle him self or put another admin or outside of AR mod on the case.

Then with the new mod, do not put him/her on a pedestal. They are just a volunteer that can be fired.
