The M777 can hit targets up to 50km away with the Excalibur M982 round. The shell is reportedly accurate to within 4 meters.

Is the M-982 an anti-armor round? LOL. You still don't get it shit for brains. a 50 click shot requires > 2 minute flight time... which means if you're going to hit a moving target, you have to have it illuminated. So again, tell me what US shell would you ask for to hit an MBT?

I said freak shots happen. But artillery isn't used to even attempt to break up armored formations because they CAN'T.
