I work with small businesses daily. The mood before the election was hesitance to do anything. Now the mood is to cut back on employees and benefits as far as possible, and hunker down for the duration. That's just a simple fact. There are some businesses, like mine, that will do well, but the most of people I talk to are going into survival mode, or closing.
