Where are the servers located? If they have a physical presence in the US, they can be taken down by the US attorney, no matter where the company has it's headquarters. This was done with Pirate Bay, when they had some data on a server in Virginia, the US was able to go after the site.

As far as the privacy policy. Anyone can write a privacy policy...and even mean to abide by it, but that doesn't mean that all of the data was securely deleted. People get caught all the time, they think they delete something, but until the disk is rewritten, the file system has only been changed, with that data sitting intact able to be read.

It was signed by Gina and made to look like my writing style. I did NOT write the email though, and what was in the email was so ridiculous I can't believe anyone thought it was real.

The domain it was sent from (P-411.com), was registered last week during the ddos attack we were experiencing. I do NOT own that domain.

There are many people saying they received the email but have never signed up, and there are many P411 members saying that they did not get the email. You just have to search the threads for them.

We verify that the providers are over the age of 18 before listing them on the site, just like Eros does. If you don't wish to do the age verification, that's your decision. However, I am not going to jeopardize my business by possibly allowing an underage provider to be listed. You could have easily covered her name and other info, all we needed to see was the photo and dob.

It's very strange how TheGFEGirls has obviously harbored this hatred towards me for 3 years, for requiring a standard age verification on their providers. I had no idea until today that I'd made an enemy of them... but this gives the board a little peek into my life, and the people I deal with. I have many enemies, intent on "bringing P411 down" for various reasons. The ddos attack, and the resulting trolls that have come out of the woodwork, trying to cause me and my business harm, are just an indicator of how insulted and angered people can be over the tiniest thing.
