Mr. Trump’s call was an extraordinary moment at a time when Russia is being accused of meddling in the U.S. presidential election. His comments came amid questions about the hacking of the Democratic National Committee’s computer servers, which researchers have concluded was likely the work of two Russian intelligence agencies.

the quote you have does not encourage Russia to hack into Clinton's server
"
Donald J. Trump said Wednesday that he hoped Russia had hacked "
had is past tense
any hack that has happened has already occurred. this isn't an encouragement of a new hack on offline out of use servers, which would be a nonsensical encouragement and impossible
and if a hack has occurred, its Hillary's great negligent disregard for our security that allowed it
he's jokingly encouraging them to RELEASE, not hack again, the emails that were deleted by hillary, if they have them, not asking them to hack once again
how can you hack into those servers now? the FBI has or had them, they are most likely off line and not in use.
and if they did release them, the release would help our country and the fbi in its now closed investigation, to put to bed any lingering controversy about them as Hillary had proclaimed she wanted
if theres nothing incriminating in the emails as Hillary claimed, Hillary should be encouraging hackers to release them as well. just as she had repeatedly proclaimed she wanted all the emails released
this made up controversy is merely a smoke screen and a twisting of seriousness, meaning, intent and words resulting in an attack without merit on the Donald with the main stream media picking up the baton from the Hillary campaign, acting in feigned horror as if there is some great consequence to the republic to joke about the release of emails deleted by Hillary, done by her in grand arrogance, as if she was the final arbiter on what constitutes our records
instead of focusing on the wrong, the media attacks the joke about the wrong
