Noahscape? Who the fuck is that? Why would you think I am bitter hateful and angry? You don't know me well and likely will never. Hey I'm glad you don't have my mindset either it would be a dull world otherwise and there is always a place for your mindset. And the oval office isn't one of those.

Tradegy struck.. Action is required.

Yes, you and others are off topic. To refresh your memory, here is the topic posted below.

If you and others have nothing else to say regarding the ACTUAL topic, start your own thread to discuss your philosophies espoused in the last several posts.

My cursor is poised on the "Close Thread" icon and y'all know the disdain I have for closing threads.

Prayers for Paris tonight. Especially for the first responders who are brave enough to run TOWARDS danger to help those in need. ❤️

Default Geez DD...

Praying for the families of those who lost loved ones and the citizens of France while being diligent and aware of threats against our citizens and being armed and committed to preventing atrocities in our own country and being tougher towards those who would damage our country and values are not mutually exclusive.

I'm sorry but you brought up being politically correct which is a major hindrance to prosecuting and winning this war that we find ourselves in. I appreciate your sentiment but it is about 10 years late. Where were you then? Where were you a year ago for that matter?

I hate to be so negative but you've just demonstrated how you have your head turned around again. If someone knows the truth and is willing to act upon that truth and can even express themselves then, according to you, they are bitter and angry. You've already shut down the discussion before you've presented your case. You don't want a discussion. You want to stand on a pedastal and show us that you think in higher terms than we do. You don't.

Cool

In the greater scheme of things you are absolutely correct!! However, we continuously hear how Islam is not like that, yet it prevails! With that in mind, I'm mindful of the fact that ME countries are taking virtually no action against these jihadist factions except within their own borders. Instead, they appear to wait or expect the West to do something. When the West steps in and Arabs start dying, the West, in effect, creates more jihadists. That is, it's the West's fault!

It's been 14 years but I well remember a few hundred moslems applauding and cheering at the sight of the Towers collapsing and it wasn't isolated to one Arab town.

In light of all this it's pretty fucking hard to maintain a politically correct, reasonable and adult attitude. Kindly notice I've said nothing about moslem killing other moslems with the same chant, "Allah, Akbar"!

Also, you should be mindful that most moslems condemn most every Christen and Jew and Buddhist and Hindu and those moslems not of the same sect.

My 2¢!

To condemn every one who worships Islam as a terrorist is wrong.

Cool

I generally don't pray for anyone but I will and have shed a tear! Paris and Charleston are no exception.

No they are not and I never said they were. However there are many in this country who refuse to wake up and want to keep thinking that these incidents are isolated and refuse to open their eyes. Unfortuately many of them wont until their neighbors are the ones laying on the ground, that was my whole point. I would never even have responded to this thread had the OP not started calling people bigots and racists because their eyes have been opened to the truth and no longer want to ignore who it is that is threatening this country and its people.

I don't get it. So we either respond we sympathize with France and their loss, we stand in unity, or we can say how tragic and that's it? So this thread is restricted to those sentiments? What a waste.

Here's my thoughts as to that... Ooo. The suspense.am I going to say something in disagreement like the BLM movement?

I empathize with Paris and their tragedy which hits quite a few outside of the nation personally. An American was killed in the attacks. Never should have happened. We shouldn't have to be praying for the losses but here we are. I hope the families struck by this tragedy and the city of Paris will find peace someday and I'm glad France is reacting as any nation should after facing such a tragedy and might I add in a very aggressive manner.. Only in two days. Something I haven't seen in a long while. Jordan being the other exception.
