The thread starter thought those were man made, I did too.
A fake set is deemed necessary after a woman loses an excessive amount of
weight with the result of loose skin hanging. Some women have to work
really hard to look good especially in their forties.

I can see how ppl may get confused with them being so round, full, and perky.
However..A fake set could also be needed for super flat chest. Like NIPPLES ONLY type chest. I would hate to Not even have a size -A cup. But I guess if ones chest is that flat there wouldnt even be enough skin to mold around an implant. Suppose they could take some from the ass, or the forehead LMAO!!!! Hummmm…..

Healing time actually depends on the individual. Out of 8 sets I have paid for over the years every single one was different in healing time, and pain. Everyone is different (so are the costs)..

Just be gentle with them for a few weeks. They will soften up and be wonderful to play with when they're ready and she will know...be patient, it pays off In the end once you can finally titty fuck! One of my favs!

Nothing is worse than to have saggy breast implants! I would take a small perky B all day over any sagging double Ds and most do, I don't like sags and creases! :/ if they are too big for the woman's body or just too big of an implant they will have alot of sagging over the years. That's why research is very important!
