I haven't read the other responses yet because I wanted to firstly state what I thought of it without any other input on my thoughts and it honestly pissed me off. I totally agree...and when I called her shallow or vapid, it really was more of an observation than win indictment. She really doesn't love what she does.

Reality check.

I can understand your feelings and perception. I am willing to bet you never felt "forced" to do be an escort. I would bet that your personality does not display the victimization that hers does. some did not understand or agree with my characterization of her, but not every escort is the same. I see what you're saying, but in my opinion, she feels "forced" to escort by no one but herself. She chose to go to a city too expensive for her to support herself by traditional means. She didn't move there with a husband who left her or dropped dead.

I generally agree about documentaries, but I tend to believe this is mostly real. Why? Well, the "script" has a definite ring of truth to it, so he definitely talked to a real escort. My real reason to think she's not an actress is her vocal tone and her disconnected speech pattern. That and he fact that she seriously needs a keratin treatment on her hair. First, I think it is a great short film. Very well done. If it is all fake and scripted, that makes it even better because Farrah is very believable.

Second, 90%+ probability that this girl was molested. The fact that she has had 175 partners OUTSIDE of the hobby alone is very telling.
