Western countries don't know how to legalize PFP, Amsterdam is the best of the bunch and its still is kind of industrial. Much more fun in Dallas, we got it good boys and girls.

Central and south America. Thailand , China, all good in their own way.
Australia, Germany, Italy..... awful.
Spain is good however.

Just my'02 cents.
