That is clearly a bald-faced lie. This case was about a CFO who committed personal tax fraud and enriched himself. The Trump Org did not plead guilty to anything

Since you're not an American apparently salty, let me hip you to the rules.

If you are suspected of breaking a law / laws, an investigation ensues, and individuals become either excluded, or become a Target of a further investigation.

The government hardly ever Targets somebody unless it's a significant concern; and some of ppl have earned the moniker- public enemy number One.

THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT TRUMP'S GOING DOWN BECAUSE HE'S A TARGET, but the government normally lets you know if you are being considered as one, so as to protect your rights against self-incrimination.

Just ask Rudy Giuliani, who's been named a Target in at least a few.

And for the crybaby who thinks he knows everything, please acknowledge that the federal government continues it's investigation into the Trump organization in general for crimes, and while it's true, an organization cannot plead guilty, those individuals in the organization certainly can. And it's my guess that many more will.

If someone who is or was working closely with an organization says "WE did X", then the organization would had said "I did X"...


To put it into comparison, the statement of "ECCIE's has decided to change all of their pages to blue, because blue is the favorite color of ECCIE" marks true that ECCIE likes the color blue.
However that does NOT mean "Everyone on ECCIE likes the color blue".

Because one relates to the organization, said by whomever has insider knowledge or is otherwise able to speak for the organization, while the later is about the individual, not the organization.


So if someone from the Trump organization who may be authorized to speak on behalf of, or otherwise has insider information says "The Org I speak for may plead guilty", they are speaking as and for the org, not themselves.

Berry- you can ask Bill Clinton what "is" is. The reality is that so far, a c level officer of Trump organization plead guilty to charges. In the past, the CFO of the Trump organization was also a representative, and speaker of the same organization. While I will agree to your point that entire organization is not pled guilty, it's very telling when a CFO does, and I don't think he'll be the last one. My prediction is that four or five other people were going to plead guilty along the way here. Whether that's Donald Trump at some point, is still speculation. It'll be an interesting next 6 months

So nice to see you finally admit the title of your thread was not accurate. Good.

I really don't care about some random executive who committed personal tax charges. Quite frankly it is not uncommon as there are grey areas in the tax laws and no one wants to pay more in taxes than they have to
