Cajun’s Wharf is a very fun place with fantastic food, live bands, good bar & a beautiful deck overlooking the Arkansas river! Great window view dining inside, too. It’s more on the seafood end of things but they also have steak & pasta dishes.

Sonny Williams has bigger steaks. The cowboy ribeye and porterhouse are to die for.
I like them better than Arthur’s unless you want a small filet

Brave new is, perhaps, my favorite restaurant

I am sure you will find a lot of tube steaks to eat in LR, as well. Lots of cream sauce, LOL

Maybe one of the tube steaks will pay for your filet?

I’m also a fan of The Faded Rose. Very causal, laid back but good food and service.

Their steaks are tasty but the creole seafood meals are superb

If you want less formal and a great steak it must be Doe's Eat Place

Doe's is a good one and don't forget their tamales.

I was at Arthur's last night, kinda, lol. I was next door at Ocean's getting my sushi fix. Either place looks fancy but they've never complained about me being in jeans

I'm gonna have to keep some of these restaurants in mind when I'm in LR next month.

Petit &keet and table 28 are also good choices, but I’d say sonny Williams is my favorite, the coffee crusted filet at SÕ is also good and they have the chocolate sack desert

Arthur’s was amazing and I loved the presentation of picking out your steak knife. Added a unique touch.

Now a coffee crusted filet sounds heavenly.

Doe's is where you go when want a great steak but don't care about getting dressed up. Kind of scary when you walk in for the first time and think there's no way this can be a good place but well worth it. The tamales are also legendary. No one else compares.

Isn't Brave the one in the office building by the river? Kind of hard to find the first time. It was good but the atmosphere just seems stuffy.
