Who said life was fair?
Is it fair that money you work for is taxed but money you inherited up to 11 million is not?
All kind of shit that is not fair.
Is it fair for Dick's to not sell what they decide not to?

Inheritance tax?
Life isn’t fair?
Is it fair for Dick’s to sell what they decide?
What kind of maze of circular logic is that?

No, that means he's going to have to keep buying fake IDs so they won't take him out back and flush him because he reached 71. That's what he gets for judging others by his own standards.

That's something i am arguing with people over, at other sites.
WHY ARE kids seen as mentally and emotionally mature enough to drive at 16 (15 in some cases with a lerners permit), or vote at 17 (as some states are trying to push), but Not seen as mature enough to smoke till 18 (21 in a growing # of cities), drink till 21, or buy a gun til 21 (25 as some areas are looking to try and push it to), OR TO be on their bloody OWN health care till 26??
MAKE THEM ALL THE SAME bloody age.

you're living proof that old senile sheep herders should not be voting.
Gay Rey is giving us all pause to bring back a literacy test imposed for voters.

Dick's will regret their decision.
They should also limit the number of bullets they sell to no more than 5.
Nobody should need more than 5 bullets to kill a deah.

Maybe they will and maybe they won't. Those that oppose the sale of the so called "Assault Rifle" won this bout on the 2nd Amendment. The AR15 although hasn't been banned if retailers who have access to it won't sell it that means the average consumer can't buy it. Other retailers like Dick's Sporting Goods may follow suit which means the AR15 may become a scarce and pricy commodity. Consumers might have no choice but to Purchase parts from an online source and build their own or purchase directly from a manufacturer. I see the AR15 eventually being banned completely. They'll go after another type of weapon and then another until all an American can legally posses is a Single Shot Shotgun and a two round Derringer.

Seems reasonable to me....
I've never been their stores, but seems like I should now. Maybe load up the cart with a bunch of stuff, from all over the store. Then go up to the gun counter and ask to buy an AR. When they give their schpeal, simply respond with: 'Oh shucks and here I was going to buy all this merchandise. Oh well... nevermind.' Then walk out the store.

Thing is, every time we let them get "Just this one win", means they are that much more Emboldened to go for the rest!

Which is IMO What i've felt their end goal is. GET RID OF ALL Weapons. BUt they have to start somewhere.

Strange. Over 14 years shopping at walmart, i've ONLY seen guns (real not just BB/airsoft) In 4 stores. AND those were only hunting rifles (.22/.306) or shotguns anyway. And i've never seen any online.. So their announcement is IMO bull.. AND I HOPE IT turns all NRA members off them too!
Much like United and Delta should be losing lots of business.

I saw one woman do just that, a # of years ago, as HER way to protest against Hobby Lobby's pro straight marriage stance..

Very true. The Left's tactic of this sort of economic bullying HAS SHOWN FRUITS.. So why wouldn't they now go after EVERY OTHER store that sells guns..??
