Thx for the info will help my research for Decembers trip. In the meantime it is off to ABIA shortly to get me the fuck out of the USA and in to the land where dreams and fantasies come true without breaking the bank. Besides the plane ticket the rest is cheap.
For now transport is easy to our favorite RTC in the FRA area. FRA to Dietz leaves every 30 min on the :09 and :39 and Dietz to Frankfurt up until 01:00 or so runs on the :19 and :49's.
all for 5 Euros....
This site is quite usefull to have on one's phone for timetables and German trains are pretty good on times usually right on the minute ( few variances) overall about as reliable as you can get
