It doesn't take a genius to answer your question, "Why not take the offer and be done...", although I accept the moniker you have bestowed upon me. I'm going to type very slowly and clearly so that you have a shot at understanding this.
Stalkers intrude into the lives of others, and it is one of their objectives to elicit actions from their victims. In this case, you are desperately trying to get DM to agree to a truce that does nothing but feeds your delusion that you have any power over her, or that she considers you a person of any value. You've become a bit obsessive in this quest (for proof, count the number of posts you have referring to or addressing DM on this subject), demonstrating behavior that's a couple of bubbles off plumb. I'm not speaking for her, but my guess would be that she (or anyone, for that matter) wouldn't want a "truce" with you, because that implies an ongoing relationship (ex., you telling people forever and a day that you and DM have a "truce", making you feel like you still have an impact). Agreeing to a truce would show you respect that you may not have earned.
And besides, as I originally posted, butthurt fucktards never go away - so you couldn't help but break any "truce" anyway.
