Is it ok to ask new clients if they are LE?

I had a situation at the end of 2008. I am pretty sure the way the cop came about it could have been described as entrapment then. I never said anything about anything and he was verbally trying to bait me., he also put the money out when I never even asked for it or hinted at it in any way.

As far as what type of punishment you get for being busted....I don't know about a misdemeanor but my poor best friend was busted in '08 just for doing fbsm. She spent a night in jail, $500 bond (and yes, you have to pay the full ammt with a prostitution arrest), had community service, and now has a felony on her record.

Prostitution charges and the related charges of solicitation and pandering range from misdemeanor to felony charges in Texas.


Prostitution charges are generally misdemeanor charges unless additional factors elevate the charges to aggravated promotion of prostitution, which is a felony.

Ok now that the "THread" has ran it's course. I started this thread on behalf of a newbie that contacted me. She asked me how I screen. well a few days later I spoke to her again and she told me my advice was wrong , she had paid this criminal defense attorney $$$ and he had answered all her questions in 10 minutes . I laughed and told her if it was that easy there would never be any arrest. So I told her watch this THread and see all the free information I get , Then she could make her own decision on who or what to believe. I for one have had the pleasure to speak to several wonderful ladies on the board, that have given me great screening tips. You Ladies know who you are. And are very special an dear. Thanks for participation in this THread a lot of great feedback.
