Mary sweetie you are a little naive to think that because there is more sex on tv, in ads and music videos that we suddenly know how to have sex better than a 35 yr old. I will say that our generation is more open minded but I don't think that suddenly makes us more experience then a provider who has been providing for years.

Deepthinker actually nails it. We can be 21 & 25 and very into our job and make sure the client is leaving happy and well taken care of just as well as a 35 year old who has been doing this for her career. But then there are the providers who are just doing it for the cash. You can tell the difference between the two. Your more likely to leave happy and come back again to a provider who doesn't just want or need the money. I believe thats all he was ever trying to get across.

Sex has been around for generations. It isn't anything new. My mom loves sex just as much as myself. Although we never want to picture our parents going at it, it is a part of life. A part of a connection. To feel another person. To experience something so magical almost. But what I have noticed is this. I was 18, yeas 18 years old before I lost my virginity. I now know people who are 18 and has already 2-3 kids. They have a family at the young, naive age of 18. Doesn't make them wrong but I think too much sex in mainstream can also have negative effects on our society.

okay everyone....sorry about that post i just went back and read it after a friend pm'ed me stating it was a bad choice of words. My post made no scene what so ever. Also for whats its worth because I am glancing over brookes while writing this 35 yr olds are great.....they have the skills and experience ....and not to mention they are in their sexual prime . So no not by any means did I mean just because someone is younger they are better or if your older your better. I will state again that my post made no sence. If you take a gander at the time, well we all might be a little more understanding of the really just plain stupidity of the post itself. I also just wanted to point out a few things about what you have said.
first and foremost the biggest problem with what i said was "someone stuck in this"......I read that over again just now and felt sick to my stomach because if I was another lady reading that I would be mad, or hurt even. It was not supposed to come out like that at all. you are right this is a career for many and a great one at that!!!!!!......to me its a little different which there is nothing wrong with either path. I like to meet new people and experience new things it's actually part of what I'm working for as a career. so that is why this was a choice for me as something to do for a while...not to mention I've met a lot of great friends along the way.
also you are right there is always room for improvement like now I'm pretty good at what i do...i think....and it's because i enjoy it and always have but i'm sure when i'm 30 ill be even better...that's how life works in general

Mary, one thing that has changed dramatically since I was a teen, and I think this sort of backs up your theory, is the easy accessibility and availability of internet porn today. When I was a kid, sometimes the best you could hope for was finding the Playboy mag your Dad tried to hide. Today, any and every kind of porn imaginable is just a few clicks away and it's free.

We can debate whether or not watching porn always leads to a healthy or realistic view of sex, but it certainly has some instructional benefits. I would argue that experience is still necessary to improve skills, but seeing how something is done is a helpful place to start.

One of my ATF providers, who I won't name out of respect for her privacy, was about 20-21 when she started and I was genuinely amazed at her skill level at that young age and she told me she learned a lot from watching porn.

That being said, 2-3 years later her skills were definitely improved, but I think there is an argument that could be made that this younger generation is more advanced in some ways than people of my generation were.

So in regards to age in the hobby, I don't necessarily see skill level as the issue. I think where providers in their 30s and 40s have an advantage over their younger counterparts is in the psychological aspects. In other words, they have more experience in catering to a man's ego.

This is a huge factor.

Some woman come to this naturally. I've told one "young" provider that she "gives the best ego" in town. She displays it with such an ease that it is obvious that she was simply born with a gift.

Basically it comes down to synergy. There are so many aspects to what makes a great provider and they all build on one another. An older woman has had time to refine each and every one of those aspects making the whole greater than the sum of the parts.

I have yet to want to see someone who is outside of the 2X age bracket as I am new to the hobby. Right now, I'm currently only concerned with a provider that has a top drawer body and gives a great performance. Chit-chat and good conversation is always great, but I'm usually really wanting to fill my time up with the provider with great sex. My meetings, so far, with CNY providers and touring escorts have been pretty decent and they all have been young. I've only been ripped off once and I didn't see it coming.

I imagine I would go outside the 2X age group if I saw a provider in the 3X range that had a body and performance in line with what I like. So far, I've not tested those waters. I've found that being picky has served me well.

It's my belief that along with the age of the providers, the age of the hobbyist also plays a role.

While sex is great, it's what happens with the mind that is also exciting as a man gets older. Like some of the others have said on this thread, a man's ego needs "stroking" just like his other body parts.

This may sound crazy to someone younger, but I've had encounters with providers in which we did not have sex. I considered our time together a privilege, and a turn on, just getting to know them. It's definitely made subsequent encounters that much better for both of us.

As I approach 50, I'm apparently still stuck on the cheerleader, small babe type that I never was able to get lucky with in high school. I agree it's a complete privilege to be with a provider who gives you more than just their body (it's a priv in any sense of it actually -- unless you get ripped off), but I think I'd be fooling myself if I ever thought I was gaining a "friend" or really thought I "knew" a provider. I've read a lot about how hobbyists feel like they really know a provider and that they've crossed the line over to some type of pseudo-friendship. Maybe it happens, but I'm not counting on it. If I was a provider, I'd be trying to establish a good professional, repeat business relationship with the clients that were clean, respectful, and tipped well, but gaining friends wouldn't be a goal.
