Roger Clemens may go to jail for perjuring himself in congressional testimony over steroid use. It is clear that Eric Holder also perjured himself in his congressional testimony. Roger Clemens is being prosecuted for perjury over something trivial. The odds are that Holder will never be charged with perjury for covering up his actions that led to the death of an ICE agent. There is something profoundly wrong with a system that prosecutes Roger Clemens and lets Eric Holder walk.
