I used to live there. I lived there for five years to be exact. The answer to your question is a solid No, there is not a way to score a safe and clean escort in Beijing. Many Chinese people still haven't totally adopted the notion of using protection every time. I personally had a chinese guy say to me, "could we not use a condom? I just showered about an hour ago", meaning that having had a shower he was clean enough to go bareback.

Also, HIV is at a much higher rate there than in the US. When I lived there I actually had a couple of guy friends who contracted gonnorhea and herpes. I always thought people were absolutely nuts messing around in the Chinese sex industry.
